Josef is the Co-Founder of a software company specialising in the development of enterprise application solutions, with a particular focus on enterprise content, information, security, and data management systems. In his leadership capacity, Josef oversees the company’s overall operations and resources, and serves as the principal liaison between senior management and corporate operations.
Throughout his career, Josef has contributed to numerous projects as a technical subject matter expert, both within the United Kingdom and internationally, across public- and private-sector organisations.
He is a highly driven professional with over two decades of experience in computing. Josef holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from Queen Mary University of London. He has also undertaken advanced studies in Information Security Management with the Open University and in Management, Business Skills, and Project Management at the University of Oxford.
Josef joined the Worshipful Company of Security Professionals in 2015, received the Freedom of the Company at the Court meeting in June 2016, and was clothed as a Liveryman in June 2018. He has served as a member of the Finance & General Purposes Committee since 2018 and as the Company and Charitable Trust Treasurer since 2019. Additionally, he holds the position of Apprentice Master.
Beyond his involvement with the Company, Josef is a Trustee of Croydon Vision, a charity supporting people with visual impairments. He previously served as a Trustee of the Worshipful Company of Security Professionals Charitable Trust. He is also a Freeman of the Company of Entrepreneurs and currently serves as Vice Chairman (2025–26) of the Coleman Street Ward Club.
Outside his professional and charitable commitments, Josef pursues a variety of personal interests including cycling, cricket, clay pigeon shooting, and beekeeping.
