WCoSP Email Migration

9th -12th June 2023

RE   [email protected] email migration

The migration of all the [email protected] emails will be taking place over the weekend of 29th & 30th July when all the @wcosp.org email accounts will be migrated over to the O365 platform.

This will mean that from Friday 28th July until the end of business on Monday 31st July there could be some disruption to the email service.

IMPORTANTLY on Saturday 29th July there will be NO EMAIL service.

The hosting of the www.wcosp.org web site is not affected by this change and email migration.

However, there could be delays in the receipt of confirmation emails generated through the web site if any tickets are booked for events over that weekend. The suggestion therefore is that the Web Site is not used on Saturday 29th July to book tickets or to make enquiries.

The new email provider will have technical support working on the changeover on the weekend and a technical support team on standby on Monday 31st July to make sure all the WCoSP email accounts are up and running as quickly as possible.
