As a Member of the Company, you will be aware that on joining the Company one of the criteria for your advancement to Freedom (and subsequently Liveryman) is that you attend a New Member Briefing.

The aim of the briefing is to give you more insight into the workings of the Company, in particular its structure, i.e. Court, Charitable Trust and Committees, and to suggest ways in which you might become more involved. It will also give you a chance to meet with some members of the Court, Chairs of the Standing Committees and fellow Members, and to ask any questions you may have.

The next New Member’s Briefing will take place on Tuesday, 28th January 2025.  The venue is still to be confirmed but will be within the City or surrounding areas. Please join us for an informative evening and a glass of wine.
